Can Blakey Park townhomes be customized to fit my needs and desires?

Yes!  Depending on when you commit to purchasing a Blakely Park townhome, we can certainly make some modifications to the design or interior finishes to accomodate your desires.
  

When will my townhome be complete?

The first four townhomes being built at Blakely Park (12, 13, 14, 15) will be completed in the fall/winter of 2008.  The units will be finished out based on the timing and needs of each purchaser.  Check back often to see an updated completion schedule, and let us know when you would like your Blakely Park townhome complete.
  

Will Blakely Park have a Property Owners Association?

Yes --- but the monthly fee will be very low --- it is projected to only be $15 (or less) per month to cover common area maintenance.  Feel free to review the Covenants & Restrictions and By-Laws. They have not been recorded as of yet, but we do not anticipate any other changes to these documents.
  

When will I make the selections for my townhome?

Selections should be made within a week or two of signing a purchase contract.  The sooner the better -- as the construction progresses, some selections will already have been made by the builder.
